A little explanation for this book, it represents a period of three years of life and writing (2009-11). A period of loss, a valley/wilderness of wandering, and a time of healing and ascent. These poems are general to this type of cycle in life, and specific to one such cycle of mine. The true prologue follows, written to say the above as simply as possible, but more fully as well.
This book is dedicated to my late grandfather, Dr. Narsi Patel, a scholar, a poet, and family man par excellence.
